Fact from Instant Noodles

Most of Us know noodles especially instant noodles. We can get instant noodles from supermarket, a small shop, cafe etc. But are we Know about the fact (maybe the bad effect) from instant noodle??

Here's some facts about instant noodles:
1. basic ingredients are wheat flour noodles with some addition of vegetable oil, salt, sodium polyphosphate (stabilizer and thickener), sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate where both of them are acidity regulator. and tartrazine (yellow coloring).

2. Many contain sodium, so for person who have hypertension can't eat instant noodles and if the healt person consume a food contain high sodium can get hypertension.

3. Instant noodles also contain substances called sodium tripolyphosphate as a developer so that after we eat noodles oru stomach feels full, but we will feel hungry faster than we eating rice, and that's what makes us fat belly.
